     We offer fast efficient service, provide clerical and ground staff, and furnish tents and chairs if necessary. Auctions which are conducted that contain personal property, in most cases, the seller will be provided with the proceeds from those items same day as sale.

     We are dedicated to advertising and promoting your property to bring top dollar on today’s market. We do not have a Buyer’s Premium, we firmly believe in not charging someone to attend our auctions, when a property or item is sold to the highest bidder that is the price that is to be paid.
